Thank you for visiting and shopping at West and Pearl Co.. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [e.g., 1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Please note that regional or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipping - Optional)
[West and Pearl Co.] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
(If you only ship within Australia, you can delete this section or state: "We currently do not ship outside of Australia.")
5. Damages
[West and Pearl Co.] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (e.g., Australia Post) to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It is also helpful to take photos of the damage.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the redelivery fee.
